J S: I love the soft, stretchy, comfortable mostly cotton fabric. They are roomy and come down to mid thigh (I'm almost 5'2), which is exactly what I was looking for. They're really comfortable! I usually wear a size 4/ small and the small fits really well. I have a pretty round butt and often that makes shorts fit weird, but these are great. I don't know if I'd go so far as to call them flattering, but they aren't unflattering.
There's one thing I would change about them if I could and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish they didn't have pockets! The pockets love to flip inside out, add strange bulk and just annoy me. If not for the pockets, I'd get these in every color.

LDSDME1: I really like all the Latuza brand clothing. I’m an older woman, 56 yrs young & so many of today’s styles, albeit cute, are targeted towards the younger ladies. I’ve been looking for a comfortable pair of shorts I could throw on to check the mail, run errands, attend my grandsons T-Ball games, etc. These “lounge” shorts have enough coverage that I’m comfortable wearing them in public without being self-conscious of showing more than anyone ever wants to see 😉
So far, I’ve purchased 2 pair - 1 med blue & 1 lrg charcoal grey. I like the fit of the med (my normal size 8/10) but for comfort & modesty I prefer the lrg (12/14). I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these fabulous shorts in other colors. 🌈

CoyoteCoyote: Super comfortable. It's a really thick cotton. Not like a sweatshirt though, unless it's one of those lightweight sweatshirts. These aren't at all see through. I got the size medium and the pics are after being washed in warm and dried all the way once. I'm 5'7 and 135 pounds. I wear a size 4 in most things - like the shorts from Old Navy. Fit like I wanted them to, not too baggy, but not tight. You can also roll the waist. Love the pockets! The inseam is about 3.5 - 4 inches. If you lift your leg, they don't gap where one could see up them. These will be perfect with a t-shirt this summer, especially after a day on the water. I have a feeling I'm gonna get a lot of use out of these. I'll update my review if my opinion changes.

kalyson: These are the only women's sport shorts I have found that are not too tight in the crotch. Most shorts are made for women who are VERY short-waisted, I guess.

They are really nice shorts, and they fit as you would normally expect your size to fit, but when you wash them they shrink a bit. However, as you wear them they stretch out again, which helps. The material is soft and medium-weight - not too heavy or light enough to be see-through.

The biggest issue they seem to have is slight size variations from color to color and even within the same color in different orders over time.

I have a waist size of about 24 and the measurement around my rear is about 35 or 36. I usually wear a small in shorts. I am 5'8", long-waisted and weigh about 123 lbs. The small fits well even though it shrank a bit. It is not a loose fit, however. If you like a loose fit you'd go with the mediums. I also ordered the medium and it some colors are fitting ok and others are too large. Sticking with the smalls as they fit the best consistently.

Quality of the make and material seems fine. After many washings they still are holding up.
