Jessica: I bought this because I read that it might relieve headaches. And it does. It's not always permanent relief, but it does relieve the pain while I'm using it, giving my Tylenol time to kick in. And sometimes, my headache is mostly gone when I'm done. It's easy to snap the roller onto the handle, and it feels nice on my face. The cold is a little shocking at first, but the gel is calming, and I get used to the cold quickly. It rolls well and works easily. Once I'm done, it pops off easily, then I wash it, put it in a bag, and put it in the freezer for the next time I need it. It's a great headache tool.
