Oh Susannah: I didn't like that there were no instructions included on how to set the time, alarm, etc. I tried to figure it out, but it's not very intuitive. When I did get the face to light up, it went out a few seconds later and wouldn't stay on. While it was lit, I could see that the numbers were nice & large, easy to read. I had to return it.

L. Pallas: I purchased this to replace an aging alarm clock. It needed to have a large display, room temp and a volume controlled alarm sound. When this arrived it was smaller and VERY lightweight which could be a problem when snoozing it in the morning. When I tried the various alarm choices I wan in for a HUGE surprise; there was not a traditional beep in the mix. There were various renditions of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star which I thought was odd and several nature sounds which I can't wake up to....If you are looking for an alarm clock with alarm beeps this is not the choice for you..or me. I returned it pronto.

RonB_USARonB_USA: I wanted a clock that was easy to read anywhere in the room, and automatically adjusted to light at all lighting levels. One that also had temperature. I did not need an audible alarm since we use our smartphones for that. By using a 90-degree USB cable and a cube charger, I am able to have all of that 24/7. (See photos)
When the clock is plugged in and powered 24/7, I never ever have to touch the clock. It adjusts automatically. Very bright during the day, and dim at night. (For older folks) The white can be read without eye glasses at night, but the blue temperature is a little hard to read without eye glasses during the night. Speaking of the temperature, it seems to be working more accurately after a manual reset with a paper clip. So it's a set and forget clock for us and we are pleased with it. Others have said that they find it inconvenient to have to touch it for the time. But if you power it like I did, it will always show and tell for you automatically in any part of the room.
