Ricky X: Easy installation, took maybe 30-45 min. I've put 50 miles on it my 1st week of owning it. So far, so good. Seems very sturdy and likely to last a long time. Love the phone/tablet stand & the water bottle holder is nice. The seat isn't exactly the most comfortable after a while but is ok + idk what I'd be comparing it to anyways. This bike is pretty small and won't take up much space.
It also has wheels on the front for easy transportation. There's no heart rate detector but a slot/plugin on the back of the tracker machine for "pulse". Batteries not included. The one thing I'm not sure on is how accurate the calorie counter is. I'm not sure if it takes into account the added resistance you use or if it's calculating solely on the speed you're going. Sometimes I'll paddle for an hour averaging 8mph switching between moderate to light resistance and it'll say my calories burned is in the 150-200s. Which sounds more like half or even a third of what it should be. To counteract this, I'll sometimes do my own calculations for estimated calories burned. It's not 100% accurate either but you can use Google to search indoors bike calories burned...

Brandon CallahanBrandon Callahan: I received this bike and was pleasantly surprised. Overall, the actual frame seems very sturdy, and it's clear they didn't cheap out despite the good price of the bike, at least on the main frame portion.

It was extremely easy to assemble, I did by myself in about 45 minutes. It comes with everything you need to assemble and it's all clearly labeled.

I also really appreciate how easy it was to move with the wheels on the front, it makes for easy storage.

The tension adjustment is nice and has a wide degree of variability.

The seat is very comfortable. It's covered in what is (probably) a fake leather, but they are soft and well-padded.

The bad:

THE PEDALS. This is one of the clear spots they went cheap on. The actual medal pedal is tiny. And to make matters worse, it has this thin black plastic piece that wraps around and above the front of your foot/over your toes. Even as a person with small feet, I just don't see how any human being could possibly fit their foot in. Also if you push your foot down in the front (weight on your toes) it bends and feels like it's about to break. I am hoping to find replacements...

Cia R.: Just hopped off from my first ride. As a former Spin Instructor I can say that this bike is pretty darn good and especially for the sale price. It is not built like a tank but it is sturdy enough. The seat is very firm and will require some getting used to but I haven’t ridden for several months. I do not like the pedal cages but I will easily remove them. It was easy, easy to assemble. It rolls around on wheels and is a bit of a chore to tilt it up to do that but is not a major concern. I recommend this bike and see no reason I should have spent a penny more. I will update as the months roll along.

BrettweerBrettweer: I ordered this bike because I used to ride once in awhile at the gym. Now I’m working out at home due to the pandemic. I run a lot, but have a bad knee, so I needed another source of cardio with less knee impact. The bike arrived quickly and well packaged! Off to a great start!

Everything required for bike assembly and setup was included. No extra tools required. Bike comes with a manual and everything was pretty simple to assemble. There aren’t that many parts actually and it only took me about 30 minutes! There’s a nice multifunctional tool they include which works well to tighten the different types of bolts and screws that are included.

With my only previous experience being gym riding, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a bike at this price point. I’m 6’2 175 lbs and the bike feels very solid when I ride. The construction is impressive! I feel very secure and nothing wobbles at all. It has a real nice quiet ride as well! In all honesty half the time I never felt like I could get in a comfortable position on the gym bike I rode but with this one I was able to find the a sweet spot with all the adjustments that are available....

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: This is a great stationary exercise bike at an incredible value. At $300 I am very satisfied with my investment compared to the price of a Peleton. My friends have Peletons and were impressed when they took the Lanos bike for a spin. This bike is made of high quality components and is quite sturdy. The wheel flywheel runs smoothly, quietly and the resistance is great. I've been exercising daily for 30 minutes and log about 5 miles each day. I stream free workouts from Youtube and I feel great after each ride! The bike shipped fast, came well packaged and was easy to assemble (I was riding in 20 minutes). I recommend the Lanos indoor cycling bike, which is very suitable for beginners or advanced riders.
