This is great for getting down near ground for working in one area for a while, with the "arms" for getting up, or with the other side up, a seat with the "arms" as legs. Ingenious, light-weight, and folds to take very little space.

I love this so much I bought one for my mother. I recently broke my ankle and (after healing) using this helps so much in the garden to support me whether sitting on it or kneeling to plant or pull weeds. Very sturdy and durable. I've mine for about 2 yrs and use it every time I'm in the garden.

The seat base is made out of thin, weak & cheap plastic that split apart after 3 uses of approx1/2 hour uses. It can not and did not support the weight of a 140 pound adult. I would avoid this garden kneeler as it is inferior and cheaply made.
I had to remove the seat and was able to repair it with 3/4” plywood painted to resist moisture and is now much more sturdy. AVOID this one. It is not worth the $ and is not suitable for adults.
