River: I've had it up for about a month. It was really easy to install. The grip feels comfortable when crushing cans. The only issue I've run into was the flat part that comes down bent. I think it may have been designed to bend when someone (like my fiance) pulls down too hard, but it was super easy to bend back into shape with a wrench and I haven't any other issues with it. I would buy it again.

Amazon Customer: My old can crusher was almost 20 years old and the side bars were bending and the handle fell apart long ago.
This new can crusher is a nice vibrant blue. It comes with mounting screws, as well as a foam gripper pad on the bottom so the can being crushed won't slide out when being crushed. This can crusher will also crush bottles as it has a hole in the top for the neck of the bottle to go through. The crusher is very sturdy and has a very smooth action. I just wish it was a little larger. I'd reco.end this can crusher to anyone.

Chris: Bought as birthday present for my son as bit of joke as he needs to take the recycle out but wasn't crushing the cans. Now with this can crusher he takes delight in crushing the cans.

After a quick mount of the can crusher on a board attached to some heavy shelves it was all up and running. The wife got to it first and proceed to crush several dozen cans!

Note, this is only for aluminium cans. We had a few steel cans and they will not crumple even if you put a bit of dent in the side. Putting a little dent in the side of the aluminium cans make it really easy to crush it.

EnkayEnkay: Pros. As the title says, it does the job. It does it well. It squashes the cans down to about an inch flat. You can't crush them more than this as there is a built in stop. This is a good thing in my opinion, as the device will last longer compared to trying to force the can into as smaller shape as possible, where the force applied could bend or damage the crusher. The item is pretty sturdy.
Cons. The paint job isn't great. There is an odd brown spot in the blue finish as can be seen in the photo. It has chipped in places. I've been using this item for a couple of weeks. Where the handle rests when attached to a wall isn't great either. I solved this by mounting it on some 19mm timber.
All in all I am happy with it so far. AU delivery was fast. It does what it's meant to do - crush cans - and looks like it will contnue to do so for a long tme.

N E Tait: I like many things about this can crusher; sturdiness, colour, easy to use and install. I have mine mounted a piece of 2"x4" to prevent it from damaging the drywall. My only complaint is that it doesn't crush cans quite as flat as the last can crusher I had because the handle has a built in "brake" at the bottom preventing the top crushing plate from going all the way to the bottom to really flatten cans. I also find that the bottle crusher feature is not all that useful as many plastic bottles spring back and do not stay flattened.
