Ted: I have 2 of these clocks, one for the kitchen and one for the office. Both have kept time accurately. I read some of the low star reviews that had problems, but I have not experienced any problems with mine.

D. Allin: My wife and I both like to have a lot of clocks, and to have them accurate. When our old atomic clock kept changing time zones on us, I ordered this one. I've had it for months, check it against my computer, and it's right on the money. It makes no noticeable sound and is easy to read. I wanted to put it on a shelf, and found that a plastic plate holder worked fine for that.

bbahbbbbahbb: Great atomic clock. Where I hung the clock cover unfortunately caught the glare from our hall light so my husband removed it. Before we removed the cover and with the hall lights off, it was really easy to read just with low light from inside the house. Would buy again.

James Geschwender: Followed instructions and had it going in no time. Hasn’t missed a beat since obtaining the signal. My wall position is not ideal, so it took some time to calibrate. I believe it took about 20 minutes, but you only have to do this once. From here on out it’s all automatic. Nice to not have to worry about setting the clock anymore!

JP: The clock is attractive and easy to read. That said, it is supposed to be an atomic clock, However, I could not get it to set automatically. Living in Toronto, so perhaps that's why.

What is strange is the time zone button. Guess that has to do with the atomic signal. Of note; the only time zones are those found in the continental US. So no Atlantic time.

Wirlie: Es la primera vez que adquiero un reloj de pared con funciones adicionales para su configuración y en general estoy muy contento.

Es muy silencioso, y llevo ya un año usando el reloj sin problemas, funciona muy bien y no se atrasa ni adelanta, es muy preciso.

La razón de la evaluación de 4 estrellas es por que no pude lograr configurar el reloj de manera manual a pesar de seguir las indicaciones del manual, siempre que lo intentaba dejaba de responder el reloj y ya no me permitía ajustarlo, afortunadamente en donde vivo si hay alcance de la señal que usa el reloj para sincronizarse y gracias a esto el reloj se pudo configurar a la hora correcta automáticamente.

Amazon Customer: I needed a new clock and was surprised to see that the La Crosse "Atomic Clock" was comparably priced to regular clocks even though it supposedly adjusts itself to the US Atomic Clock. So I bought it. Bottom line, it's perfectly fine as a wall clock but the self-adjusting thing has never worked. I live in downtown Vancouver, BC so perhaps if I was closer to Colorado or wherever the source is it might work but I'm not impressed. I tried putting it near the window, etc but who has time to mess around with that?

Another negative about this clock is that the time can only be adjusted forward by pushing a button on the back. Just this morning I needed to move the clock back an hour for the time change and it took almost 5 minutes of holding the button for the hour hand to slowly rotate 11 hours forward to get one hour back. What a pain. Oh and if you move past the correct time by a couple of minutes, too bad - you have to repeat the entire 11 hour procedure to go 2 minutes back. Considering any cell phone will give you the precise time by the same "Atomic Clock" there is zero reason to buy this unless you just like the look of it.

L: Set up the time, left it a couple of minutes off to see if it will automatically adjust, it’s been a couple of weeks=> nothing.

However, I live in a high rise, concrete walls, reception may not be good. Otherwise a very nice clock.

ManuelM: Si es plástico si se ve algo chico pero mi abuelo no lo puede romper pues no tiene la rueda y no la puede girar al revés ,sinceramente ignore indicaciones al primer día de no sincronía ,deje configurado y al cabo de 1 semana se volvio casi exacto al celular por internet, un par de veces lo he sentido un poco fuera de la precisión pero para eso son los ultra presisos con más pilas ,es un buen reloj que da la hora con un gran grado de exactitud la mayor parte del tiempo ,no tendré que vigilar los cambios de verano ni mover más que para cambiar la pila cuando se acabe y para mí esta exelente ,pude pedir uno conectado a internet pero si tienes gente que mueve la hora y que a veces los descompone girandolos en sentido inverso es único y nesesario.
