I would suggest laying the bike on its back and having a 2nd person help you assembly it though. The instructions are kind of hard to understand.

I only found one small scratch on the front of the steering wheel upon delivery. And I had one issue with a loose screw under the seat that fell off. I had to find a replacement at my local home depot. (Metric screw)

They don't supply tools with this bike. You will need a few tools of your own. Screw driver, Allen wrench, a thin Cresent wrench.

This bike is awesome. It's very smooth. Comfortable ride. It does take a while to get use to the type of brakes they have. ( it's easiest to stand up and brake. Pushing back on the pedal to stop is difficult. It definitely takes some practice. If not, you'll crash).

All in all it's a great bike. Well worth the money.

JtranchantJtranchant: My purchase of a new bike for my daughter took longer than originally expected to arrive. Once I got it, I was very sad to see the damaged fender. I am now waiting on a replacement but the speed of getting that is again disappointing.

I will provide another update when I finally get this bike and out it together. The colors were great and quality appeared to be good aside from damage.

Amazon Customer: The advertised product description covers a range of wheel sizes, brake and gearing options. This review is for the 26" single speed coaster brake Lakona Shore Cruiser model. The measured frame height is 31", bike is sized for 64-74" rider height. The bike weighs 37 pounds assembled, tires are 26"-2.125". There's a 60 page safety/assembly/maintenance and adjustment booklet in the carton.
All fastners are metric, a set of metric allen wrenches, 6 point metric sockets and thin profile metric open-end wrenchs will dramatically ease assembly. Pliers, adjustable wrench and screwdriver assembly may be possible but you will be frustrated with the extra time required and damage you will cause, and you will still need a metric allen wrench to install and adjust the handle bars. Some complained that fasteners on components were too tight presenting difficulty in loosening, assembling and re-adjusting. Not so IF you use the correct tools. Wheel & crank bearings, steering tube bearings and chain tension were all correct and do not need adjustment during assembly. Wheel runout and roundness are acceptable for an inexpensive bike like this one. The seat is a little tricky to get right...

Jessica UppalJessica Uppal: It has chips and scratches even though beautiful. I can’t bring it it back because it’s too big and heavy. There’s also a reflector missing a adjustable bolt missing and I’m wondering if it’s because it’s apparently assembled but then they disassemble it for delivery. I paid a lot and even the sticker has a scratch. I also paid almost two hundred for a car seat for this. Really disappointed in this beautiful bike. Directions are wrong too and hard to follow but again it’s beautiful.

Tally: Itll do the trick. Assembly was not too hard but took a bit of time, quality is just ok, the seat continues to slip down no matter how much I tighten the closure, but overall the bike looks nice and it'll be good for casual bike rides on flat ground. As with any cruiser though, good luck on hills, or get ready for a leg workout!
Just happy I was able to find a bike during the pandemic when everything is sold out. If you're looking for a super high quality bike though, you're going to have to spend a bit more money - this really is a case of you get what you pay for!
I say, it's good enough!

Michelle: Great bike for cruising around. Colours are a bit off in the photos - the red is really more of a neon coral, but still looks great. Fits me (5' tall woman) perfectly. I found assembly pretty easy, but the instructions were not great - but it's pretty intuitive how to build it. It took me about 45 minutes start to finish. Simple bike, can't beat the price for a 24" single gear.
