504 Westbank Boy: Purchased 2 of these for Christmas gifts in August 2021. Opened on Christmas Day. One of the bikes charger did not work. Contacted the seller, and remind you these bikes was purchased in August 2021, and with no questions or argument, another charger was received in about a weeks time from contacting the seller. That is excellent customer service to honor a warranty on a product that was purchased within the previous 4 months. I thank the seller for going above and beyond. The bikes are great long lasting charge and pretty fast. Only been charged 3 times since December 2021. Great product and I recommend to buy from this seller.

Amazon Customer: I'm not sure I can recommend this bike. First, is it a bike? I mean, there are pedals, but if you are going to manually pedal this bike, you're gonna be exhausted after 2 blocks. The pedal assist can be helpful for uphill. The full on electric mode is okay. The handle bars are not too high, so if you're taller than me, 5'6", you might not be very comfortable. Also, there is not much instruction, but major warning, if you don't have experience with a motorcycle or scooter, this will take some getting use to. I've been riding about a week and today I went over a bump and the front wheel went up in the air. On a regular bike it is no big deal, but on this bike the power is in the rear wheel, so I popped a wheelie and couldn't land it or control it and the bike flew out from under me. Be safe, wear protection, especially a helmet.

Eric BallewEric Ballew: This bike is kind of “meh”. The included wrench is trash, use an actual 15mm wrench to put the pedals on. The listing states it is aluminum, then also states one of the post shafts is aluminum.

The only parts on this bike that are aluminum are the rims and some of the clamping hardware. Everything else is magnetic and contains iron (steel).

The charger is only rated for 2amps of charging current, expect long charge times.

The bell is kind of dorky.

The bike is not terrible, it can get my 230lbs moving at a good speed. The listing is dishonest, aluminum is virtually non-existent on this item which is why I bought it.

I’m not going to return this item, but I will not be buying any other items from Ancheer.

Don't want to set a pen name: I have owned Ebikes since 2011. This is the first time ordering this particular brand. What caught my eye is that the foot pegs are placed where pedal usually go, rather than located on the front wheel spokes, (where you have to reach your legs forward), so someone short like me can reach them; and it can fold to fit in a small trunk.

I was unable to find the app in google play and the manual didn't mention anything about it. Apart from that, this bike is heavier than advertised by about 8 pounds, but it's solid, and well built with a closed motor case to allow you to ride in inclement weather. Because these batteries cannot be purchased or swapped out, I do want to provide some helpful tips to prolong the life of your battery. Do not store the bike in your car or outside when temps are very cold/hot. Doing so will guarantee a dead battery within a year.

Do not ever charge the battery without allowing bike to cool down first; meaning, never charge immediately after riding, let the bike sit for at least 30 minutes. Except for the very first charge, never allow the battery to charge to 100% unless you will use within 15-30 minutes. Only charge to 100% on rare occasions...
