MaryBob123: This timer is literally a piece of junk. On the screen where we order, it is given 4.2 stars, but I go to the screen to write e a review, and it is given 3 stars. Even 3 stars is far too much, and that is deceiving the Amazon customer. I use this to do stretching exercises. I set it for 2 minutes per set, and the timer goes off at the end of the 2 minutes. I hit stop, and in like 30 seconds it is time for another set of stretches, but it has changed screens.

DFJ: A timer that allows you to set in hours not just minutes and seconds. It is loud enough so that you can hear it in a different room. You can turn the sound off, but then you need to keep the unit where you can see it so that when it flashes a light to let you know that your time has expired, you would be able to see the flashing light. It is easy to set and use, a great timer and I wish I had found it sooner.

Bard Heavens: The directions need to be more user friendly, but the devise is perfect. Nice big and easy numbers to read as it counts down. Alarm sounds when count down is complete. Alarm is loud enough and long enough get one’s attention, but not so loud it’s overwhelming. For me, fits the bill perfectly.

Violet13: So this is the 2nd one I purchased bc the first one hit the tile & didn’t survive.. but for the price, it worked well so I bought this one again. I like that there is a silent setting bc this thing is extremely loud when it beeps, even when setting the time, each time you hit a button.. so I put it in quiet mode when setting the time, then press start & put it back in “loud” mode. There is no ignoring it when it goes off. Also has a convenient magnetic back to stick it to the fridge or metal shelf in the bathroom to help my kids keep track of time & not take forever in the shower.
