J. Wright: So I thought I would wait until I've used this faucet for awhile before I reviewed it. I was a little worried it might be too big for the space intended, but it really stands out without being overwhelming. It has worked flawlessly until about a couple of months ago. I started losing water pressure coming out of the spray head. I thought the screens in the water lines might be dirty but they were fine. So after troubleshooting everything else I narrowed it down to the sprayhead. It wouldn't stay in spray mode anymore without holding the button down, and it wouldn't really stay in stream mode unless button was depressed. Ended up having to use a rubber band to hold button in position. Called customer support and they sent me an email to get some of my information. After receiving my email back they had a new sprayhead shipped within 24 hours. The faucet now works like it did when I first installed it. This is why you need to register any new product you buy with the company. Their customer service was excellent, not only with the new part but they were very polite and professional. Hopefully it was just a one off for a bad part and the new one will last a lot longer. If it doesn't...

TKB70TKB70: I ordered this faucet as a replacement for a Delta we had installed when we built our house 3 years ago. The Delta was impossible to turn off and always leaked. I was nervous because I am not familiar with the Kraus brand, but I can say that this faucet is superior to the Delta we had! The faucet is beautiful and well made. It feels sturdy and looks more substantial. The flow is far better too.
My husband did have to buy longer hoses, but that is not a big deal. It took him 15 minutes to install, including removing the old faucet. He said it was very easy… and he’s no plumber! He complained about having to do it, far longer than it took to actually get it done!
One week in, I feel that we received an excellent value for the money spent. If that changes, I will update my review.
The one minor downside is that the nozzle is not magnetic and I do have to gently tap it into place.

Cathy T: Wlwhen we first installed this faucet we had some issues with water flow. A conversation with Kraus quickly had the issue resolved and they sent us part very quickly. No issues since. The faucet is beautiful and very solid...high quality and love it with my oil rubbed drawer handles and light fixtures.

John SaxonJohn Saxon: I decided to get this faucet since well-designed traditional faucets are not easy to find and can be ridiculously expensive. I like the fact that these Kraus faucets are beautifully designed and reasonably priced at the same time. Installation was pretty easy. The hardest part is that you have to attach the water hoses after the faucet is in place, so you you have to reach up and tighten fittings in a pretty uncomfortable position. The best part, which makes up for the hoses, is that the large nut that secures the faucet in place has 3 screws on it which can be tightened against the metal washer with a large slot-type screwdriver, causing the faucet to be very strongly attached. This is much easier and more effective than trying to tighten a regular nut up against the washer; this is how all faucets should be designed.
On my unit the faucet was rather stiff to swivel back and forth. I solved this by pressing the small black button on the back of the gooseneck, lifting the gooseneck off and putting some additional faucet grease on the o-rings, etc., now it's perfect. You have to make sure the little black button is centered over the hole when you re-attach the gooseneck.

NurseSally: This turned out to be one of my better buying decisions in a while. This faucet exceeded my expectations as a good looking and functional kitchen fixture. It came with all the parts I needed and was staightforward to install thanks to its thoughtful design. I should mention that the packaging it was shipped in was attractive and very well designed as well, which gave us an immediate sense of confidence that this was going to be a great product. The functionality is superb, especially with the operating handle that only moves from staight up to 90 degrees forward, so there is no worry about clearance from a close backsplash to the rear, but I have found that it is also much easier to control hot, cold, or mixture and is very intuitive. The spray head docks very easily and securely with a heavy weight on the hose below and a palpable soft click when it docks. The sprayer has a swivel as well that is convenient for angling the spray to where you want it when the sprayer is pulled slightly out. The reach of the hose is just right for our double 16" sinks, and I could have made it even longer if I hadn't needed to clear an obstruction in my particular setup under the sink. Finally, the...
