Rorick: The bag has a lot of useful pockets. The structure was a little soft, so I strengthened it inside with corregated cardboard. I am very satisfied with the bag and the price was a good value.

SaltydogMills: This is a well made bag. Many people will find it very useful. The only downside is for people like me who are old fashion and like to mount their bike by lifting their leg over the seat after pushing off. Seems most people like to straddle the frame before pedaling off.
If you are like me you may want to look for a pannier that sits lower with no bag above the carrier. It can be exciting when your leg gets stuck on the bag during a dismount.

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada: Its a little smaller than you might think from the photo but still big enough to be useful for carrying things back and forth to work as I do. (Tablet, lunch bag, coffee mug, etc.) But given the price a good deal on the whole. My only concern is that the zipper on the main compartment isn't as sturdy as I'd have like to see. So I'm careful to be gentle with it. Had it about a month and OK so far.

Resilient: Didn't have high hope of it given the low price but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Had it for five days now and already have had three medium distance (~50km) rides with it and it stayed on solidly.
Pros:
1) Smart arrangement of pockets - repair kit, spare tubes and lights on the right hand side; pump, maps on the left; bottle in the rear; food and everything else in the main compartment.
2) It's actually quite roomy despite the appearance. I put a lunchbox and a cable lock in it and there's still room for a small first aid kit. That's after I put in the "insert" to keep it in shape (as advertised).
3) The velcro straps are very strong.
4) For the size and capacity, the dimension is perfect. It doesn't sit too tall and above the seat. It also doesn't stick out on the two sides too much, if aero's your concern.
5) Shoulder strap makes it easy for a quick stop for shopping, coffee or bathroom breaks. If you don't use the should strap the handle at the top is also convenient.
6) The material is very strong, compare to some other (and more expensive) products. I expect it will last for quite some time.
7) Reflective strips on three sides for...

Steven: Ordered it on Saturday nite and got here on Monday morning, wow! Seems to be of reasonable quality and the water bottle carrier even fits a water bottle. I think that it will probably work well for the next few years. The attachments (Velcro) seem to be really secureThe zippers seem pretty good, only problem I have with it is that it's shorter then I had imagined. That 14" length seems to include the extended water bottle carrier, so it won't fit my ulock. For internal size think of maybe 8 beer cans in the main compartment. So it does work and seems to conform to what was advertised, just wish the main compartment were 2 or 3" longer

Robert Carney: I absolutely love it! It is definitely made of quality materials! (In depth review further down) At first, I questioned one or two design features of the bag (which in no way takes away from the quality of the bag or should be something to turn you away from buying it), in which I later learned that is the best way to construct the bag. The customer satisfaction by Eli of Kolo Sports is top notch. Rarely do you see someone try as hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. I probably am not the easiest customer to satisfy as well. The first thing they do after receiving the bag is send you an email to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and make sure that you would give the bag a 5 star rating. After sending an email back, they reply immediately. I questioned them about what I thought, at the time, to possibly be issues and he thoroughly explained why the decisions were made, and why it's the best way to construct it (and it makes 100% sense). I had no idea how much thought and work could go into constructing a bag, but they sure put everything they could into it! I learned a lot about the construction of a bag and Eli definitely went the extra mile to make sure...

Lisamarie V. LiGreci: I commute to work (about ~45-50 minutes) and the backback I was using was just getting too sweaty/hot in the summer, so I wanted a bike bag. I used to have some saddle bags but they were hard to get on and off (lots of straps/buckles that weren't always secure) and would also get stuck in the wheels.
I like this because it sits completely on top of my rear rack. Even though it's compact, I am able to fit a change of clothes in the main compartment, my essentials (keys/wallet/phone) in a side pouch and can still also fit a few other things on top of my clothes if needed (a book, extra toiletries, etc).
It did take me a while to get a hang of which straps to use and the best way to secure it to my bike, and it does take some time to put it on/take it off each morning. So far the velcro has remained sticky and it stays in place. Some of the velcro IS oddly placed so it doens't always line up perfectly. But I like the carrying strap as well which is convenient for carrying down to the showers after I get into work - I also use that to further secure it to my bike rack (wrapping it around and then clipping it to the rack).
The one downside is that the trail I ride...
