Bobbie Christmas: I like short-grain rice, and this is the best. I'm sorry it comes in such huge quantities, but I was able to share some of the rice with my son and a friend and still have plenty to last me a long time. It's the only rice I cook at home, and it comes out great every time, although I do adjust the recommended recipe a little by adding more water than recommended. I love it best when baked in the oven with diced tomatoes. Yummy!
