This product worked great for my koi pond. I treated my new pond a little over a week ago. Unfortunately, we had a very bad thunderstorm with hail and heavy winds 3 days ago. Matter of fact, a tornado touched down 1 1/2 miles from our place. My pond was practically destroyed. I did a lot of clean up. Water was very murky. I reached out to this company yesterday in regards to retreating the pond only after 1 week treating the first time. They responded with in a few hrs of sending the message. It has been a little less than a day since retreating the pond. It has cleared up alot. I will definitely continue using the product. Thank you for your help and quick response!!
