P. Pope: The product itself is great and works like it is advertised. When I received the package, there was bluing on the outside and when I opened the plastic wrap, the liquid product came out. Apparently the seals inside of the bottles didn’t hold and there was nothing to hold the lids from moving. Seller may want to consider additional taping on the lids.

B: The algae build up in our fountain was horrible, and recurrence happened so quickly, I felt like I was constantly scrubbing it.
I tried using the chlorine treatment from our pool, but that only seemed to help a little.
Prior to trying these drops, I did a scrub out of the fountain so I could start with a clean slate. I didn't tackle the catch basin though, as that would have meant moving the heavy fountain. I put a dozen drops in the fountain, and about double that in the catch basin.
It works wonders. It keeps the algae at bay for a solid couple of weeks.
Because of our heat and sun, I have to top off the water level in the catch basin every day. Evaporation, and splashing by the birds, causes the water level to drop by an inch or two every day. Given that every time I top off the water level, that also means that I'm diluting the algaecide, I make it a point to more drops every few days.
The birds and I all give this a fantastic thumbs up!
