T.f.T.f.: I used this 3 times. Washed, stored in box and used properly. Broke into pieces on the inside while trying to use the hand immersion blender. Everything was clicked into place and its just destroyed itself.

Even though I spend thousands of dollars on this website every year, Amazon is too cheap to refund us outside of 30 days because heaven forbid you use this for more than 30 days.

Amazon and the seller wipe their hands clean and refuse to do ANYTHING, even giving the manufacturers warranty information.

The customer service and common decency as well as common sense is clearly lacking with this company. Yeah, go ahead and keep selling this defective item on your website Amazon. Steal more peoples money. Good job!

Christina RobisonChristina Robison: I really like this immersion blender, so much that I’ve bought one every two years - 2017 and 2019. Why you ask? Because after 2 years the metal rod with the blades will no longer stay up inside this attachment where it needs to be to meet the motor. When this happens the motor turns but the blades don’t. In my first photo you can see the metal rod has dropped. It should be higher and locked. In my second photo you can see the blades which are up when they should be down. What ever held that rod up has failed on each of my blender sticks. It bothers me because it is such a simple thing to have fail. But now I can now longer blend my soups, smoothies, froth milk, etc. (The motor portion still powers the food processor attachment because it attaches directly to the motor.) While this product wasn’t expensive, I don’t like buying something every 2 years only to have to ‘toss it’. I prefer to repair things or pay more money and have them last. I am looking at Bamix immersion blenders now. Btw, I only hand washed the wand portion and neither blender was overly used. Makes me sad but I need to say good-bye to my KOIOS 800W Immersion Hand Blender.

Cindy G.: First, I'm not one to use a standard blender, and I've never used a hand blender, so my opinion would not compare using this hand blender to a other blenders except to say that I won't use a standard blender because it's too much hassle for me. I have used this hand blender for pumpkin soup in a saucepan, french toast in a shallow bowl. and a pineapple banana shake in the beaker. They were quick all to blend, though the soup took longer, and all came out super creamy and smooth. I also love the food processor. I chopped walnuts in it and only turbo pulsed it 4 or 5 times on a medium setting, and the nuts came out mostly fine as sugar. I easily minced carrots and crushed fresh pineapple just as quickly. No stopping to scrape the edges for any of it. I'm thrilled with how easy it is to use and clean! I did ruin my non-stick saucepan, but then it said in the instructions not to use it on non-stick cookware, which I uncharacteristically failed to read. I think if they added silicone to the feet protecting the surface from the blade it could be used in non-stick cookware. I'm definitely more open to making shakes and smoothies, and dishes requiring chopping and blending now. I cannot...
