When I opened the box, the toilet seat was used!!! And there was no wax seal!! Good thing the toilet wasn’t broken!!!

Ralph Furlong: I had a Kohler pressure tank toilet fail on me and needed to replace it. So, I went looking for one with good rinsing ability and one that was one piece. This toilet seemed to fit my needs so I ordered it. Here is what I found:

1. CHECK your measurements from your prior toilet first to ensure if you have a rug that this toilet base will fit!!!! This base is longer and narrower then my original Kohler so I had to really do some piecing together of rug scraps to make this look right!! Not the fault of the toilet, just the fault of the fact that there are NO standards for base size.

2. This toilet ships with the older style toilet seat which means it is NOT a quick release and it is NOT a soft close model. Had to go back online and order the elongated soft close toilet seat!!!

3. This toilet sits a bit higher so you will want to ensure that your water valve line is long enough. Actually, I would just recommend changing out your connection line to a new one anyway. If you are unfortunate enough to have one of the fake stops where you cannot change the connection line, ENSURE you will have enough length before ordering this toilet or you will wind up having to...

Michael T.: This toilet came as of a surprise, I normally would be skeptical on purchasing an item online of such size but this item was delivered quickly and packaged tightly. I was amazed of it's sleek look and especially of the 1.28 gallons per flush or if you have more waste you can simply hold down the lever and it will flush much more.
It it a 360 flush and no matter where you have paper or waste it is getting flushed, I have an shower/toilet all in one, kind of a small room but large enough it creates a bit of an echo but this toilet is not very noisy during the flush, all toilets have a noise but this one is minimal mainly because there is little water being flushed. Oh! The 1.28 gallons per flush is enough for most waste removal so saving water will happen.

The toilet came in one piece, no broken or missing parts. It came from Build.com, and they called me in advance to ensure I would be home to receive the package. I wasn't going to be home, so I just left a note for the delivery person and they placed it in my designated location. Be prepared that they will call you and don't ignore. I didn't expect a call and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize their number. They were going to cancel the order if I hadn't spoken to them.

I read the reviews of people who had a bit of trouble with the installation. I hired a professional, problem solved.

I also read the reviews of people who felt the toilet seat was uncomfortable. I don't linger on the toilet, but as I sit on it I think about the comfort and I think it's very comfortable. Yes, it's plastic and when I first saw it my immediate reaction was to replace it. But I probably won't, it serves it's purpose very well.

The flush is very effective for both #1 and #2. I don't know if I'd describe it as quiet, but it is fast so the sound ends quickly. The tank refills immediately.

Lou: Have been using this toilet for about 2 months now and we love it. It flushes VERY well. It fills quickly and is quiet. I would highly recommend it. The comfort height seat is also very good and now it feels strange when I sit on a "normal" height toilet. I installed this toilet myself and had no problems and it worked great from the beginning.
There was one problem with the delivery of this item. It arrived in 5 days and came by UPS. It was packed very well and there appeared to be no external damage, but when I opened up the box, I found that the toilet was broken. I contacted Amazon and they took care of everything very quickly. UPS picked up the box the next morning and a replacement toilet arrived in just 2 days. The second one was in perfect condition. I am very impressed with the way Amazon handled this issue and with how quickly the replacement arrived.

Dan: I ordered this toilet almost a month ago. It came quickly the first time but it was broken. The replacement came quickly but it was broken. The second replacement (third toilet) came quickly but was again broken. this time it was in more than 5 separate shattered pieces. WHAT A FIASCO !!!! They have had my money for almost a month and now they say it will take 2-3 business days to get the refund put on my credit card !!! They didn't even offer any kind of compensation for my frustration and for all the phone calls I've had to make to rectify this disastrous order. In total I can count 11 phone calls (most of them including waiting time) that i have made to arrange re-orders, freight companies, driver, etc. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND PURCHASE THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT FROM SOMEBODY ELSE !!!
