Sofia J.Sofia J.: It has 3 different speeds. Relatively quiet. So easy to install (it comes with head rest piece with is what I used, suction cup for the window & also a prong). Great price. My dog now travels save and I don’t have to hear him overheating!

Rogelio: Would give it 5 stars but honestly it’s missing a speed controller for different speeds. You plug it in and it auto turns on to full speed. It’s a little loud so would be better if it had at least a low and high speed.
