Dana Hern: My AC quit blowing from the vents in my car and only blows from the top of the dash, where you use the defroster. The temperature has been hovering between 95 and 100 degrees and I was absolutely miserable. This little fan works wonders. It's small, fairly quiet and has a lot of strength for its small size. I'm very happy.

CAPE: I have purchased over 30 different 12v suction cup fans of various brands of over the past 8 years. We use them all day, every day, year round. Most fall apart within a few months. Most are noisy within a few months as well. Actually, the joke around here is once you hear the noise the fan will stop working within a few days....and sure enough they do. Since we need 12v fans I had no choice but to keep trying to find better fans.
These are the only 12v fans that we have found that work well, are quiet and last longer than 3-4 months. They are smaller than the ones we have purchased in the past but they work so we are happy. The one ding I will give is the suction cup. We need to move the fans from place to place and not leave them in one place. The suction cup is sort of made to leave in one place permanently. it has a sticky back that would help if you don't want to move it but for us, this leaves residue behind that we have to clean. It also means the cup is not as strong after a few moves. But overall, I would buy these fans again.
