Steve Smith: These gf vanilla wafers are such a good price. I used them to make magnolia pudding. A couple of wafers had broken on the bottom of the bag. They did not go to waste as I sprinkled the crumbs on top of my pudding!

Amypiper: First bite I was like yeah it a pretty good cookie, next thing I know I’ve eaten a whole box and want another box lol. Love them! Not too sweet and the texture kinda reminds me of shortbread. Wish they were a little cheaper but only because I go through them so quickly lol. Everything I’ve tried from Kinnikinnick has been amazing, especially the pancake mix! Best pancakes I’ve had gluten free or not, family and friends all love them.

croi: Banana pudding and so many other treats are back on the menu. I've done without for fifteen years (ever since I was diagnosed with severe gluten allergy); I couldn't find an acceptable substitute. Now--finally--I don't have to any more. Unlike so many gluten free products on the market, these aren't "not bad for gluten free", these are crisp, flavourful cookies that can go crumb for crumb, bite for bite, with any vanilla wafer one can buy.

Arra: We like the fact that they are free of gluten, nuts, soy, dairy and peanuts and still have a vanilla flavor. I use them to make a cheesecake crust. We also enjoy them with ice cream.
Our last shipment was a huge disappointment. We received one crushed box out of 6 that was sent in a shipping bag. I contacted Amazon and have not heard anything. I doubt if I will be ordering these again from Amazon.

Christina: I've absolutely adored Nilla Wafers, since I was a kid. I was a tiny kid, a picky-eater, and have never been too into sweets, but I would finish a box of those, within a day. So, since I found out I can no longer eat gluten, this is one of the food items that I've dearly missed.

I have had these gluten-free cookies sitting in my cart, for a while, but I was worried that they wouldn't taste much like the cookies that I miss, so I put off trying them. I finally ordered them, and they are incredibly close to the real thing. I would give them at least a 9 out of 10, so I'm thrilled. The taste is almost identical, and there doesn't seem to be any type of aftertaste, unlike a lot of gluten-free cookies that I've tried. The texture is a little dry, compared to Nilla Wafers, but honestly, that's not a big deal. I finished the box, plain, but I think if you were to put them in a dessert (the layered pudding/cream one), you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these and the "real" version.
