Andrew: It’s cheap. There’s no adhesive nor grip on the back. Don’t stretch it too much, it’ll break on you when wrapping. Instead of buying this, go to your local bike shop and get the Bontrager gel cork tape for like $20 as it has much nicer stretch, has actual grip on the back but no adhesive, is more durable, and comes with bar end plugs.

Brandon: This is a somewhat thick foam tape, which is what I expected. I wrapped 42cm drop bars with about 3-4 inches excess I had to trim at the end. This was after I had already cut a 2 inch piece to go behind the brake/shift levers. I pull pretty hard as I wrap to get a snug fit and the tape held up fine. There is no adhesive on the back of the tape, but I like it that way so I can "back up" a bit and adjust the wrap as I go. The finishing tape is not stretchy, so it was wrinkly and did not look good to me. Instead I used some black electrical tape to finish it off. Also, the bar end plugs were cheap and looked cheap, but functional. So 4 stars overall... maybe it should be 5 based on the price?

William J Trimble: This tape doesn't have a sticky backing which I prefer, but which some people want. Easy to install due to its good stretch and tensile strength. I could pull hard enough to get it to lay flat and smooth without fear of ripping it. Tape strips to secure ends are not very useful. Taped with electrical tape instead. Happy with the results and at a low cost!

R: This handlebar wrap is great! First, it's durable. I was able to pull and manipulate it quite forcefully without any worry that it would snap while installing it. Also, the color (yellow) is nice and I can already tell it will continue to look good even when it inevitably gets dirty. I put this on my bar ends only and they are so much more comfortable and with a larger circumference to grip now which is what I was going for, in addition to the flare of color. Last, there was more than enough provided on each roll...so much so that I only needed one roll do to both of my bar ends so I'm already set to be able to replace them when necessary for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
