I can’t say enough about this tape. At first I was worried because it’s not as sticky but you just have to wrap it kinda of tight. It’s so comfortable I promise you will come back and buy other colors. But the best part is you can’t screw up and run out of tape there is more than enough to wrap. My last wrap (Jun) I used a name brand and I had to re-wrap it but what pissed me off is that it moved and wiggled. I promise you, once you use this tape it will be hard to go back to the others.

The material seems to be a spongy type of plastic. It was fairly easy to install if you know to tape road bike bars (no directions included). The tape feels comfortable. The tape is fairly long so I was able to cut a short piece to fit behind the brake hoods (needed to cover a gap). Please note this tape doesn't have an adhesive backing to keep the tape from slipping. Things to note: No directions, no backing adhesive, tape is not flexible enough to wrap around the brake hoods without adding a short piece behind the hood.

Doesn't get any better. Very long, very cushy with little glue backing. It grips bars perfectly without lots of glue like amateur tapes have. So it wont leave gloppy residue all over bars and easy repositions when needed. This is the ideal tape. Plenty long enough to have even a 50% lap. Simply perfect and my all time fave. Easier to learn how to tape bars without glue backing.

I haven't had a rode with the new wraps yet but they feel comfortable to the touch and have good padding. The bike shop that installed the wrap mentioned he liked how there was extra length to these for the install. All in all. I'm happy

The extra length was great to have. I’ve never wrapped handlebars before and had no problems at all with this.
Mine didn’t come with finishing tape but I just used my own electrical tape.
So far so good! I’ll update if I run into any issues.

Yes, you can buy cheaper bar tape (and I have many times), but this is my 3rd order of this item and I haven’t found anything as good for my money.
PROS:
(A) LENGTH. 94 inches of tape for each side which is 10-15 inches longer than many other brands. This allows me to increase the padding on my bars by overlapping each turn a bit more than normal. I need the extra padding due to my hands becoming numb when I ride long distances. If you don’t need the extra padding, you can always cut off any excess as you get close to the stem. The extra length also allows you to do a figure 8 around the shifters, if you like to wrap that way. In any scenario you should never run out of this tape on traditional road bike drop bars like my Trek road bikes have.
(B) GRIPINESS. Just the perfect amount of grip. Not too sticky, but more than enough to keep your hands from sliding around on the bar. Good padding too along with the grip.
(C) LONGEVITY. This tape seems to last at least several hundred miles longer than cheaper tapes I have purchased. Can’t quantify it exactly, but my reorders don’t seem as often and I ride about the same.
