This net does feel very thin and flimsy and can be challenging to work with. (Do NOT wear shoes with knobby treads, for one thing, FYI! Kept getting my feet tangled in this thing.) But what I like about it for raspberries--as opposed to a sturdier net I tried--is that it is much easier to untangle the raspberries and canes from this net when they get tangled. Yes, there's a certain amount of fuss involved in setting it up and taking it down, but it's keeping the catbirds off my berries.

I purchased this to protect the freshly seeded areas of my lawn. A few bamboo sticks from home depot, tiny zip ties and a roll of this. Easy to pull apart, stretches well, strong material and crazy cheaper than actual "fencing" to use for such projects. Easy to cut and a little goes a long way. Highly recommend.

I used this on Blackberry bushes. It kept the birds off, but it sticks to itself and the bushes, and is hard to manage.

This bird net works perfectly! Some reviewers say that it is a tangled mess. #1: take the net out of the plastic bag CAREFULLY. #2: spread/unfold SLOWLY. What worked for me was to unroll the amount needed to cover my tomato cage first. DO NOT SPREAD OUT FIRST. THEN spread/unfold the net on the ground or floor. It does help to have 2 people for this part, or put some weight on the corners of the net as you spread/unfold it. Again, this net works great if you take your time to work with it.
