KIND Dark Chocolate Granola Bars with Healthy Grains

DM: We have these kind bars on our subscribe and save because they’re a great snack to have, easy to grab on the way out to work or after the gym, to add to a lunch and they’re a healthier option than eating a candy bar.
They always come packaged really well, there’s 6 boxes with 5 bars in each box.
I accidentally ordered these at the start of COVID not realizing I was ordering so many boxes, but we’ve kept ordering them for the convenience. The only reason I’m giving these 4 stars is because we have received several boxes that have bars that are so stale, they’re not edible. Although, luckily this hasn’t happened in a few months.
I recommend them. They do contain tree nuts, just as an FYI.

Savivi: Anything that is gluten free, healthy and has dark chocolate in it, seems like it should automatically taste awful. My husband and I each got one on a flight we were on and it was surprisingly delicious. I buy 6 boxes at a time, eat one every day, and take them with me if I think I may need a snack. Love 'em.

Unik: The first time I ordered these Kind bars from Amazon, I ordered a single pack which was expired. However, this pack of 6 had an appropriate expiration date (6 months out). After indulging in these bars, I can confirm that these are not as fresh as buying them in the grocery stores. These did not taste horrible, the actually Kind Bar is REALLY good, but the texture is off (for these bars I ordered, not typical for this brand). If I had to buy these again, I probably would opt to buy them in-store due to my last encounter with expired bars and this tasting different than in-store. I give these Kind bars 5-stars (for taste and ingredients) but the overall texture and freshness (of these bars that I received vs in-store) 3-stars. I hope this review helps :)

JD: I was so excited to find these bars and get them. They are a great breakfast bar or afternoon snack. I opened a box to eat one and share them with a friend. We took a bite and all I can say is yuck!!!! They tasted stale and old like they were way, way past the expiration date. The expiration date is 12/2020. So we opened another box and tried again same problem. I bought these because of the price. Needless, to say I will not be purchasing these again. Very disappointed!!

Crissi (Fraz Zled Momma to Many): KIND bars are a go to snack in my house that I feel comfortable keeping around for our kids to snack on. This flavor, the Vanilla Blueberry, is a favorite of our 17 year old daughter. She has never met a blueberry she doesn't like and we've jokingly called her Violet, because she will surely turn into a blueberry someday! These are chewy and crunchy. They are sweet, but not overly so.

This are great to go into a lunchbox or for an after school snack. I *love* that KIND bars are gluten free, non-GMO and made only from wholesome ingredients. I buy most of our KIND bars here on Amazon, as their prices cannot be beat. The only real bummer here, they are not nut safe, so our youngest cannot share in the KIND bars with his siblings.
