Harry: Alright I finally got it to work. If the quality is anything like the instructions it will not last very long. First the instructions on the their website are wrong and totally useless. Don't bother trying to call them either as there was no one there just a recorded message saying they were closed. No business hours or when they would be there just that they were closed. After reading all the one STAR reviews that did not give me much info other than they followed the instructions and it still does not work I started reading the 2 STAR reviews and that is where I found out the instructions were wrong. I started following you tube instructions on how to program my New Dodge remote. Since this remote only works if you have an operational remote and I have one then I was in business. I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota and the first you tube video was for a 2003 Dodge Dakota. I followed the instructions and it did not work for my 2002. I went on to the next you tube video which only stipulated it was for programming a Dodge but did not specify the year or model BUT by following this you tube video I got it to partially work. It would lock but not unlock and the panic button would not work....

maja: Works well.
Although the instruction is wrong.
If you follow the instruction from reviewers on here, there is mine 2 cents:
INSERT a key into the Ignition and TURN the Ignition to the ON position (just before cranking).
PRESS and HOLD the UNLOCK button on a working remote for four (4) to ten (10) seconds.
While holding the UNLOCK button, PRESS the PANIC button for one (1) second and RELEASE both buttons at the same time. A chime will sound within three (3) seconds to indicate entry into Programming Mode.
Then:
PRESS the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously on the same remote (ON THE OLD REMOTE) then RELEASE. The Vehicle will chime to indicate that it has recognized the remote.
PRESS and RELEASE the UNLOCK button on the same remote (ON THE OLD REMOTE). The Vehicle will again chime to indicate successful programming of that remote. This Step MUST be done within 30 seconds of hearing the first chime in Step 3.
Within 30 seconds of completing Step 5, PRESS the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the next remote (ON THE NEW REMOTE) to be programmed and then RELEASE. You will again hear a chime indicating that the Vehicle has recognized the...

Michael Siddle: Works good, programming info was wrong, actually do this. Get in the truck, fasten the seat belt (don't want additional dings) power t the key in and turn the key on, but not all the way to start.. On the currently working remote hold down the unlock for 4 seconds, keep holding and also press the panic button. Wait for a ding, then release. Next press the unlock and lock buttons at the smae time on the new remote, another ding. Then hit either lock or unlock on the new remote and programming is complete. Turn ignition off.

jbone: Bought for 2004 Ram 1500, used instructions on the provided and had no luck. I was able to find alternate instructions by Googling and the remote worked first try - there were a few small things that were different that proved to be what worked. Here are the instructions I used:
1. Enter your vehicle and close all doors.
2. Fasten your seat belt ( fastening the seat belt will cancel any chiming that may confuse you during this programming procedure.)
3. Place key into the ignition.
4. Turn the ignition to the ON position ( DO NOT START THE ENGINE )
5. Press and hold the UNLOCK button on a working remote.
6. Continue to hold the UNLOCK button, wait at least 4 seconds, but no longer than 10 seconds, then press and hold PANIC button.
7. When a single chime is heard, release both buttons. The chime indicates the system is in program mode.
8. Press and release both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons, simultaneously on the remote to be programmed.
9. A single chime will be heard. The chime indicates the the remote was recognized.
10. Within 4 seconds of hearing the chime, press and release any button on the remote being programmed.
11. A single chime will be...
