Not Happy: Was happy when I first got it, it worked great till it didn't!!! Went to make a pot of coffee and it shut off at four cups and would not turn back on !!! Only had it less then six months totally not worth it my cheaper Mr Coffee pot that is four years old is still working along with my two year old cheap kcup maker. I was trying to have everything together in one maker not two but now it's back to two separate markers!!!!! Don't waste your money this pot sucks!!!!! And I even researched and read so many reviews before picking this and it still broke in five and a half months!!!! So very dissatisfied!!

Kickinupdust: This machine is great! I have the option of having a single serve or to make a full pot for when I have company. I use a reusable filter for the full pot option and reusable k-cups for my single serve option. Since it serves 2 purposes it saves space in my already small kitchen.
The only thing my partner doesn’t like is that there’s not a timer to set to have it start in the morning at a certain time. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Robert Bunn: The only grievance I have with the item is that my mother has a little difficulty placing the coffee filter into its slot. It does take a little wiggle, wiggle but it's not too difficult if you align the rails. It's been a wonderful item thus far and it's been a joy to not waste as much coffee as we did with our older pot. I would highly recommend this item if you're on the go and looking for a cup to get your day started. Saturdays we brew a pot and we've noticed no issues with flavor or consistency. Good times.

Frank: This is a very functional product. It allows you to make coffee by the pot, or cup with ease.

Set up was easy, it is very easy to use and has great features. I especially like how it heats up fast, the single serve brewer shuts off automatically, and the pot warmer will stay on for two hours, or you can easily turn it off to avoid the empty pot burning.

I haven't had to clean it yet, but it looks like it will be easier to clean than my old single serve keurig.

Soni Bigler: After using another company's coffee brewer for years we finally made the switch to Keurig. The other style, which doesn't use a carafe, kept breaking off pieces ( cheap plastic parts that lasted only 3 months this last time), so we decided to switch brands. This brewer is great since it brews a 12 cup pot, and also brews individual cups. My only complaints are as follows: 1) In my opinion, the water reservoir is hard to get to as it's on the back of the machine. I don't like having to slide out and turn the machine so I don't make a mess while pouring water; 2) I have yet to figure out how to turn the machine off after we use up all the coffee in the carafe. We don't want a hot burner left on with an empty pot, so we unplug it and then plug back in. It needs an on/off switch like I've seen on older Keurig models. We are home everyday so don't need to keep it unplugged for safety, but I like knowing it's shut off after each use. Other than these two things I absolutely love this coffee machine. It suits our needs perfectly.
