Amazon Customer: I bought this a month ago to replace an unsatisfactory simple keurig coffee maker after searching for months. This checks all the boxes. Easy, reliable, nice froth choices, & good coffee drink selections. It was easy after the 1st brew using directions. I start by turning on the machine to warm up, & make my frother choice 1st then set coffee choice & it proceeds one after the other (cannot run frother & coffee at the same time). The black machine looks more expensive than the silver one. It could save more space by having the water tank in back instead of the side. It fits refillable non-Kureg speciality pods as well as a variety of single cup pods. Excellent value under $200

barbara: I really like that this coffee/latte maker is so easy to use. The only thing that could be better is the latte milk fill line in the metal pitcher where you put the milk. It is very difficult to see and half the time I am just guessing. But everything works as advertised otherwise. Love it!!!

AmScray: We have had this for 4 years now and use it everyday! We try to keep to a low sugar diet so being able to make our own lattes at home is amazing. It's really easy to use, you just need to find the right settings and combos that work for you. We do 1 shot and then 6oz, and with milk that makes about a venti size coffee. That instantly saves $12-$14 a day, so this machine paid for itself in less than a month. It's been an awesome investment for our whole family since visitors can make coffee if they want and we can easily make hot cocoa for the kids!

Truly do not hesitate getting this, it has been such an easy way to cut spending and sugar. It's definitely worth it!

Murrie: Love the item but find that I like my milk frothed more thickly. Am left with lots of just warm milk and not enough froth. I use 2 percent milk. My little inexpensive milk frother does a superior job of it. Otherwise I love my K coffee and the easy way to work the machine. Great.
