B BethB Beth: Wow really impressed I had the 2.0 keurig for many years and loved it but wouldn't puncture the bottom of pod anymore for some reason so had to replace I decided on this one and works as expected like the ice coffee or tea button had that on the other one like the sleep mode on maker when you push on button starts up easy to operate just push size cup you want add pod & extra strong if you want and it's ready to do it's thing so far no issues only thing I wished about it water compartment was opposite side my old one was around the back this is on the left but I don't lift it off each time to fill I have a tea kettle I use to fill much easier just pour in water front of compartment is not clear as you can see so have to watch don't over fill but I did the same before so I'm used to that .When you remove the tray you put your cup on while brewing there's a cup indentation where to put your to go cup haven't used that yet but looks like I'm going to really like this one also has a clock which old one did not haven't used the temperature of coffee yet it's right temperature for me but you can add or subtract temperature to your likeness came with samples of coffee and my K-cup so...
