Benjamin Apple: I buy this because it's low carb and pretty cheap. The flavor is fine, better than some other rice proteins I've tried. The vanilla is better than the chocolate though, and also blends with water more easily.

Cheryl C.: This has been my go-to protein powder for more than 10 years. As with most protein powders, the trick is to add a banana (frozen or counter temp). My dermatologist and GYN suggested that I stay away from milk and soy proteins. This is the best one that I have found. I have been drinking protein smoothies every day for over 25 years.

Arabian Lady: I like that it doesn't have a bunch of ingredients I need to avoid. I don't like that it has a pretty gritty texture if not mixed well. But if you use a blender I find it's not something I encounter too much. Also with mix ins it's a really nice way to get protein. I use it as a meal replacement, as I have Gastroparesis. It's one of the few that doesn't bloat me.

A Reviewer: I do not want soy nor collagen type protein and whey is horrible on the digestive system (painful bloating) and family member had lactose intolerance, it was a challenge to keep her up on her protein when she was younger and in elementary to middle school. I appreciate the reputation Nutribiotics has with their products, in general, and they also say the rice is safe. Read on their website and I have also read articles comparing different rice proteins. I use a small shaker blender with the whisk ball in it, and sometimes a small amount of powder sticks to the side. I take the lid off and add a little water to it to get the last remains out. I use unsweetened vanilla flavored almond or coconut milk (SO brand). Sometimes I add a very small amount of chocolate syrup to it. I had gotten into a bad habit of not eating breakfast a few years ago, and I feel soooo much better at work and at home when I use this powder every morning. I use 3 extra full tablespoons of it in 8 oz. of liquid (about 17 g of protein -- 2 tablespoons is 11 g of protein per the label).

h: すぐ出荷して下さいました。想像より大きくてびっくり、RAWにびっくりです。
ふやかしたオートミールに混ぜて食べてみました。
お世辞にも美味しいとは言えない味です。
ただ要らぬ味がついてないのと、お湯にさっと溶けたのでそこはいいなと思います。
玄米でタンパク質摂取できるならいいなと思って買いましたが、無理して食べるほどのモチベーションではないので、工夫しながらぼちぼち食べていこうと思います。

H. C.: The vanilla is better than non-flavored. It is gritty if not mixed with other protein powders. I still use it but now I mix it so as to hide the grit and strong taste.

texasbruce: I am allergic to dairy product so got this. It smells very nice and vanilla-y, but tastes a little blend, and a little coarse like sand... Can't say I am much of a fan of it, but it is a protein. Mixed with pea protein and it is good to have all the amino acid (pea protein is equally gross btw. cant complain too much because I cannot take whey)
