Suze: This product is super easy on my stomach since it's vegan. An incredible taste unlike a lot of protein shakes, best to mix in blender. If using a shaker, product tends to gather at bottom edges so perfect mixing is not as effective. Not to thick. Only drawback is container is not fully filled with product but love enough I ended up signing up for subscription. Calories are low 210 for two scoops and my hunger subsides throughout morning. Be sure to wash glass or container you use to drink from immediately after finishing drinking. Residual product hardens quickly. I usually have two of these daily because of the high protein content and low calories. Entire family is hooked.

Diana: I can’t agree with other reviews saying it’s a good taste. I still have yet to find a soy free plant based protein powder that I enjoy drinking and don’t have to add things to it to make it taste better. However, it’s good for what it is, macro wise. If you need more protein in your diet, this would do.
