RCadi: I started using this product about a year ago and just used two capsules daily. I had read an article in Mens Health that said a small dose of creatine helps older guys retain muscle mass. After about 8 months of that, I upped my dosage to four pills and then six (the recommended dosage). I've seen real results with each increase and didn't experience bloating or upset stomach like I have with some creatine supplements. I take two with each meal. I like the gel pills, the others are too hard to swallow. Good product.

Jonas LinJonas Lin: I opened a new bottle of this a couple of months after I purchased this in August 2021, and saw numerous small yellow spots on the tablets. Not sure whether safe to consume? Think I will bin it, not worth the risks!
