Great if you want to just cruise around town. Breaks came in a little off so took it to a bike shop to assemble that piece but overall easy to do. IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS LAST MINUTE FOR A TRIALTHLON YOU IMPULSIVELY SIGNED UP FOR, BETTER OFF RENTING AN ACTUAL RACE BIKE.

I purchased the Pomona Dual Suspension Comfort Bike in May 2021 and within six months it started to rust and by May of 2022 It rusted so bad that I contacted Kent International regarding the rust issues with their product. The customer service department asked me to email them a brief explanation of the problem and attach some photos, I also advised them that I did not want a refund, I only wanted the issue fixed or replaced. After numerous emails they advised me that they do not warranty their bikes after a year, I explained that the problem started within three months of purchase date and deteriorated with time. I also advised them that I don't like to write negative reviews but they gave me no options and did not stand by their product !!!!!

Great-looking bike! Beautiful colors, nice cushy seat, but a decent amount of assembly required. The way the bike is packaged - the front wheel came in bent. Called Kent (they have long hours and picked up my call right away, but didn't have any of these bikes in stock to replace a wheel for me, so they said), reached out to Amazon (they can't sent you a part, I would have to return the whole bike after I spent 4 hours assembling it). ....there were 3 other small issues that prevent me from giving it five stars.

The brake assembly on the handlebars had to be put together. The right front one was really hard to unscrew in order to slide it on the fixed part.
The handlebars also needed some adjustment.
It was worth the hassle as it’s a very comfortable and easy to ride bike.
I am 76 and wanted a bike to ride with my grandson who’s 8.
Would recommend. Got on sale too!
