D Lindsay Peters: I don’t know how many different brands and types of vacuums (including Dyson bagless and cordless types) and have never found one with the right amount of suction where I felt my carpets were really clean. This one has suction galore- at the bottom, in front and from the side. You can see it pulling from all directions. At first I thought the more narrow width of the head would be a minus- but it’s really a plus. The head swivels and you can easily get into places where I couldn’t with other sweepers. I like that it’s bagless so no extra money to spend on bags. The only downside is it is a bit heavy. I am in my 60’s and have back issues. If I do the whole house at once, I pay for it a little. But I try to do a little at a time because I think it’s worth it. My carpets look clean longer.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: If you are looking for a powerful, lightweight vacuum at a decent price, this Kenmore Bagless Upright is for you! I've owned maybe 20 vacuums in my life, and this is by far the best pet hair & dust grabber. You will be AMAZED at what it picks up! And it's so lightweight, you can easily take it up and down stairs! The cord is good and long, and I could travel up a full set of stairs (with a turned landing) without having to re-plug. On top of that, it has a wide handheld tool that makes quick work of furniture and stair treads due to its width. Now, the vacuum is not perfect. One shortcoming is that my favorite tool, that wide handheld attachment, does not store on board. In my mind, this is a rather major design oversight! That being said, I simply bought mesh drawstring bags on Amazon and attached one to the handle (see image). It's easier than carrying the separate attachment up and down stairs, and I use the tool a lot. The mesh bag does bounce around a bit while I'm vacuuming, but does not interfere with function.

Boss: Bought allot of vacuums in my life. Everything you worry about with a vacuum is solved in this one. It does all the tricks and then some. If you watch the videos on this one you'll see just how vast the array mechanisms on this Kenmore really are.
Favorite features, self propel. Yeah, just like the lawn mowers that move forward for you, this Kenmore does the same because of the rotating bar and the suction strength. It really deep cleans. Second favorite feature is the swivel action. It can turn on a dime without allot of back and forth to get where you want. One turn of your wrist and it heads the opposite direction. The length of the hose is perfect! the ability to use the items that come with the machine, are easy to attach and use. The filter is perfect, oh and there's this incredible light that stays green to let you know about your filter. It will tell you when the filter is so full that it's slowing down the suction power. Throw the filter in the wash or hand wash, let it dry and you're back in business. With this Kenmore you've bought a machine that finally takes care of YOU. ЯeverseЯeverse: I have been needing a new vacuum for AGES now, my old one only really worked with the handheld suction tube as the main roller head was not working as well as it used to, so this was a long time coming. I saved up and searched around and got this baby b/c of the petmate attachments. I'd just adopted some kitties back in January so my living room, kitchen rugs, and bedrooms were a fuzzy mess from the cats and no proper vacuum to clean up after them. Needless to say I was excited to get this one. I wasted zero time when it arrived to get it out and get cleaning. Putting it together is super easy and intuitive. It's lightweight and swivels nicely as well. Not overly so either like some vacuums that jacknife themselves, this one swivels and allows you to still manage control of it. It has 3 settings on the power button, OFF, No spin on the roller brush and then the roller brush spin setting. So it's easy when you need to go over tiles or hard flooring to turn off the roller brush and flick it back on when you're over carpet again. This vacuum is very powerful for how lightweight it is compared to my other bagless that its replacing.

Ella cusindaElla cusinda: I LOVE this vacuum but it broke after 1 year. All of a sudden I started to hear a loud Whistle, upon inspection I notice the hose leading out of the vacuum is cracked half way around. I was able to tape it and use it still but I would consider a different brand due to this alone, a $300 vacuum shouldn't have a 1 year usage. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy having tape on your vacuum

Winnipeger: We moved into a condo and needed a new vacuum (our previous home had central vac.) We have about a 1000 square feet of rug and this vacuum really works for us. It maneuvers very easily. It's light. Cannister empties really easily and suction is great. I put it together in about 10 minutes - no problems. We've had it now about 6 months and I'm totally satisfied with it. It works!

GlitzyglamGlitzyglam: My old vacuum broke (50$ Bissell that worked great for me for years) and I decided it was time to invest a bit more into a new one. I did a lot of research reading reviews on multiple brands and styles. I decided to go with this one because the reviews were great - even the bad ones can only complain the suction is too much for their liking. In my eyes that wasn't a bad review, I think people are just improperly using their vacuum. There is even a piece that you swivel to control suction power. Not to mention this is the first vacuum to actually work on hard floor without just spinning the dirt everywhere. I am blown away after one use. The attached picture is what this picked up from my front entrance area rug. It looks like I haven't even been vacuuming that's how much stuff came out. Very pleased with this purchase and I feel the price is incredible for the power you get. There are reviews stating its hard to maneuver and I'm unsure why they felt this way as I find it glides with such ease and moves very smoothly. If anything changes with more use I will be sure to update my review. For now though, extremely blown away!

Nicole: This is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever owned! I love the hard floor setting; it sucks without the brush running so it doesn’t kick debris away before it can be sucked up! This is a feature I have been seeking forever but never found it until now. I don’t have to have multiple vacuums, to do different jobs, as I needed before. I can transition from floor to carpet with the switch of a button. It has a great long hose which is awesome for cleaning cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling as well as baseboards and stairs. I Love this beautiful vacuum! The only thing I would love for them to add is a duo self cleaning roller brush. I have had to pick some hair from the brush, but that wasn’t an issue because it didn’t hamper its function. I would definitely suggest this vacuum to everyone! I want to buy one for my mom this Christmas! Just awesome!
