T.C.: This might seem foolish to some, but, if you like these crackers like I do, you may enjoy them a little more after reading this. I noticed after my last of many purchases of this brand's Peanut Butter & Cheese crackers that the ease in which the crackers give way when you bite into them depends on their orientation. Rotate them 90 degrees and the cracker will either break easily and neatly when you bite into it or be harder to break, crumpling as you bite. Like with other various foods, such as roast beef, there is a perpendicular "grain" orientation. With these crackers I don't believe that the grain is visible. You just need to try rotating them 90 degrees and you will see the difference. However, it does appear that all of the crackers are packaged in the same orientation. So once you figure out which is the better of the two orientations, you can simply continue pulling them out of the package the same way.
