Onjay: Once I found these crackers, I do not buy another for using in chili, soups, or with cheese for a snack. They are different than the fancy styles used as hors d'oeuvres, so do not compare them to this style cracker.

Linda Kornegay DeCausey: Sell By date was 1 month from date received! The point of buying bulk is to have access to and freshness of a gluten free tasty cracker. First experience receiving stale crackers. That is, dates should be checked before shipping. Also, you cannot return; therefore, you are stuck with 12 pack of stale crackers upon delivery.

Nicole: I've put off buying these crackers for so long just on the principle of not wanting to pay 5 times the price for a box of gluten free crackers that is a quarter of the size of a box of regular soda crackers (effectively making them 20 times the price). I took the leap when I really needed something to help an upset tummy and found out these are really good.
They aren't quite like those little square soda crackers like Saltines. These barely have salt plus they are larger. They also have a little less flakiness. They are somewhere between a matzo cracker and a saltine for texture. For taste they have a little more flavor than a saltine. I don't want to say buttery because it's not, but it's more than just bland cardboard.
These come in two wrapped packages inside the box. If you haven't seen the box in person it's very tiny. Maybe 3.5" deep x 3.5" wide x 5 "tall.
When on sale I'll buy them by the case. I find I prefer eating off the crackers instead of gluten free bread, which tends to taste stale to me. The only negatives about these crackers are the price/value and that some batches are a bit burned on the edges.
