Ali: I bought the same one a few years ago but seen it had a few new qualities and it was time anyway. It's great and I have no idea what I'm doing yet the dogs come out looking pretty good. I have 4 shih tzus and they need a lot of work. To have them groomed professionally would cost a fortune. This is the perfect answer. I've saved so much money and they hated the groomers. They're so much happier staying at home. Great buy and worth the price. I highly recommend it and it is really quiet 🤫.

GypsyGirl: The media could not be loaded. The video makes the finished product look like a mess…but I am beyond pleased. Tavi is a stray cat that has adopted me. Over the past year, she developed mats that just kept getting thicker and thicker. She must have had at least 4 really big ones all along her spine that were pulling on the skin. I didn’t want to traumatize her by bringing her to a vet. I called a mobile groomer, but even that didn’t seem ideal. Tavi trusts me…so I thought I’ll try these clippers. I was hopeful but so skeptical and fearful. Would I hurt her? Would she hurt me? Would it work? I set the fine tuning ring on #2, brought out some food…and said some prayers. For a few days before, I’d bring out the clippers and turn them on so she could get used to the sound (definitely not very noisy…just buzzing). Sniff them, etc. I set out the food and went to work. I had to slowly work on each mat (in the direction of hair growth) right up against the skin. Slowly slowly , one mat, then another and another. She purred the whole time😱. The one closest to her tail was really sensitive so we had to stop and start 3 times. And also to let the blade cool down....

Mayra: It’s an ok product. I love that is truly quiet but after the fourth time using it, the blades are not sharp anymore.
