This fit my cat perfectly. Came with a matching leash. It's a bit difficult to adjustjustbecause it's so secure, but that for me isn't a complaint. It looks beautiful and sits better than the old one did. The only thing I wish was different is I wish it had a loop or something on the collar part for the name tag. But I just put the tag where you clip the leash which is fine, just not preferred. I'll be ordering more once my kittens are a bit bigger.

Followed the dimensions in the diagram and ordered accordingly. The medium was more a small and didn't come close to the correct size for my cat. Amazon refunded and we got a large as a replacement. Super cute though.

I had already order a large halter, but it was too tight. I order an XL halter for my cat and got the same large one again. I had to go through Amazon customer service so I wouldn't have to pay $6.99 in postage. I finally got the extra large, but with a hassle. I live 34 miles from a UPS store. It is a great product when I finally got the right one. I don't know who made the mistake in Amazon or this company. Good product to for a fat cat.
