JadeJade: I have a cat who has just recently showed interest in the out doors, so I got him an XS of this harness in the color emerald. It fits him perfectly, was easy to put on, and he seems to really like it. He got used it within a day, and has been on two outdoor adventures since. The color also looks phenomenal on him.
The harness feels sturdy, and withstood my cat's panic when he got spooked by a stick, and overall I absolutely love the harness.

movie watcher: I bought one using their recommendations for size but it was too small. I gave it to my daughter to put on her second cat as we were getting ready to move from FL to TN and I didn't want the cats unsecured in the cab and to give her a way to pull one out from under my feet if they chose there to rest. I ordered the next size up and just prayed it would come in time and in two days I had it! I was surprised to say the least. It fit him nicely and even though he's never worn a collar or harness in his 9 years he accepted it gracefully. It made us feel a LOT better what with having to stop at hotels at night although the first thing we did was take them off so they could be free to wander. It made a VERY stressful move a little easier. Now if I can only train him to go outside with it on..... My first attempt we never made it over the threshold before a 4 sets of claws were in me and he pulled out of the harness. Probably too soon.

Vikingjr: We had this harness for our first cat and she's never gotten out of it. To be fair, I don't thinks she's really tried. Our second cat somehow managed to not only get out of his first harness (different brand) but now he also lost it, so we got him one of these. It takes more work and he has to have a leash to pull against, but he does wriggle out of this harness given enough time. That said, we still love the harnesses, they look nice, they are soft and not hard to put on. If you're using it with a leash and you have an escape artist, just be aware.
