Amazon Customer: This thermometer worked great when we first got it. After a few months we started having to jiggle it to register a temperature. Now it seems the thermometer is completely broken and is showing temperatures that are wildly off, over 40-50 degrees so now it's useless.

Chanda Sweet: Tried to contact the company and cannot find a way. Amazon says the product is eligible for return but I just keep being directed to a video, which does not help at all. Don't waste your money.
