Karma Nuts Cashews: Roasted Whole Nuts for a Buttery, Gluten-Free, Vegan Snack

Rick B: These are my favorite nuts, hands down. There are two things I don't like though. One, they're too good. I will literally eat an entire container in one sitting, and that gets expensive. Two, they stain my fingers yellow from the turmeric. It goes away after a few days but looks not so nice LOL! As a bonus, the container makes a great storage container for just about anything, and I use them for all kinds of stuff.

Reviewer: Used to be the best. Unfortunately, I have recently been getting over cooked cashews ( dark brown) and this is probably due to a review regarding the urushiol. People if you are having indigestion, it’s probably because your either 1. Eating too many or 2. Eating too much of the shells with these. The shells are there to hold the flavor not to eat. Cashews oxidize quickly and can become stale much faster without the shells left on. I know because I am of Caribbean heritage and we used to roast cashews. If you left them too long without eating them or eat the shell with it you’re going to get indigestion. Even when I would avoid shells in my family’s home roasted ones, sometimes you still could get some indigestion from overeating.
Please stop over roasting and burning these! These were my favorite cashews since this was one of the few brands that actually keeps the shells on, which is much closer to the real thing, since many cashews are chemically treated to remove the shells. Seriously I loved the last set I bought a couple of years ago and I love buying these, but the burnt cashews are zapped of most of their flavor.
I would be happy to update my review to a better...
