Dave: The included probes are not too bad at all, nice cables. For the money, even if it blows up next week, it's still a great buy. Super intuitive function switch / menus. Seems solid built with nice tactile feel on the selector and the buttons, but we will see. Tone could be a little louder, but it's workable. The non-contact feature is great and seems to work great too, I'm always losing those little pen things but not voltmetern so it's a nice thing to have combined! OK, yes I've lost a few voltmeters too if you want to get technical about i, but not as many. All right all right! So I didn't really lose them as much as I sold them for food. Ok ok, drugs. Sheesh!

Wil Bloodworth: I'm an amateur hobbyist when it comes to electronics and circuitry but I'm a science/math/engineering geek at home and work so I'm a bit OCD when it comes to accuracy and I will pay a lot more (once) when it comes to having nice/good/quality tools and equipment.
All that said, I've had this meter for a year and a half and it has been great... until I blew a fuse and could no longer measure current. I looked and looked and couldn't find any screws other than the one that holds the battery compartment down. Eventually, I figured out that there is a thick rubber housing (similar to an Otter box for an iPhone) that blends in seamlessly with the actual meter itself. This rubber-ish housing is extremely difficult to remove and I ended up using a heat gun and a flat-head screwdriver to remove it... no, it will never be put back on!
After removing the rubber housing, I discovered that there are four, deep-socket screw holes and was able to separate the front of the housing from the rear which exposed the internals and thus, the fuses. There are two fuses, one 10A and one 600ma. I temporarily used the 10A fuse in the 600ma socket just to make sure that was the [only] issue...

ChoosyChoosy: I am not an electrician, but am pretty obsessive about accuracy, and I also care about ease of use and readability of the little screens. There are many dozens of digital multimeters (DMMs) available from Amazon, but I have investigated only the DMMs listed below. I will briefly offer an opinion on three DMMs from Kaiweets (the HT208D; the KM100; and the HT118A) and one DMM from Mestek (the DM100C), all purchased from Amazon. In the accompanying pictures, the units are, from left to right, the Kaiweets HT208D, the Kaiweets KM100, the Kaiweets HT118A and the Mestek DM100C.
SUMMARY of my opinions. Overall, the STATED accuracies of the Mestek DM100C are usually higher than the stated accuracies of the three Kaiweets DMMs I looked at here – and the accuracies of the little Kaiweets KM100 are the worst. I feel that the Kaiweets HT208D is the easiest to use, while the Mestek DM100C is the most challenging to use (although not bad). And as for readability of the little screens, I feel that the Kaiweets HT118A is the best, and the Kaiweets HT208D is, by far, the worst. The rest of this review explains why I have come to hold these opinions.
ACCURACY
Accuracy is always...

JAMES ALMARAZ: I received the unit and at first, the test leads don't seem to fit into the sockets. Well, after some research I find there is a plastic cap covering the test lead connection to the multimeter. You have to pull off the rounded bottom portion of the protective cap. The test portion also is confusing. The tips are small, short metal points for testing circuit boards but it you pull those off, you have the more usable long metal lead. Sure would be nice if this was covered in the manual!
