Amazon Customer: I received the meter an hour ago and am pleased. Overall a good meter and a decent price. It should serve me well. Easy to understand and big numbers for older eyes.

I really like the auto mode and the rest of the interface. Starts up in "Auto" Mode which is perfect. I'll use that the most. The rest of the modes will be useful but not as much as those in "Auto". Came with an 80% charge on it. Took about 10 minutes to get fully charged. The meter showed 80% until it was full (100%). Kinda quirky but will work. It would have been nice if the charging port was a standard USB phone connector.

I didn't see an option to purchase with all the auxiliary leads. That would have been nice. Since I have not received the auxiliary leads yet I can't say much about them. It will be nice if they fit in the case with the meter and other leads.

It would have been nice if the Users Manual fit in the meter case.

ひとみ: ３０年使ったアナログテスターが故障して、修理不能なので購入しました。
テスターとしての標準機能の上に、静電容量やインダクタンス、そして周波数まで測定出来て、この値段は日本製では無理ですね。
ただ、耐久性が分からないので評価をしませんでした。

Stefano: Il multimetro risulta molto bello esteticamente e con molte funzione. Pur essendo un multimetro non professionale ha un prezzo alto (io l'ho pagato 53€). Il problema più grosso secondo me è che non è un dispositivo da battaglia in quanto ha un display grande davvero troppo fragile così come il tasto centrale rosso per le selezioni delle funzioni non è in plastica rigida ma in gomma e quando si preme si sente un click del pulsante sottostante. Il dispositivo quindi non è fatto per durare. Altro dato dolente sono le misure non proprio accurate per la rilevazione di tensioni dell'ordine dei mV infatti a vuoto, rileva una piccola tensione ballerina comune a tutti i multimetri economici. Altra funzione non attendibile è l'NCV completamente non affidabile. Praticamente l'ho restituito, se fosse costato la metà l'avrei tenuto come dispositivo da battaglia.

Ghost Rider: Ok, so I grabbed my top name brand multimeter to test amperage draw and got 'OL'. So, I tested a few other fused based tests and got the same result. So, yeah my fuses were blown! I looked up the replacement fuses and they cost more than this Kaiweet multimeter! I decided to import my replacement fuses (takes about 15 days). However, in the meantime I decided to give this multimeter a try and if nothing else have a backup when I get my main "prestigious" multimeter back up and running. **Spoiler Alert** - Looks like my main multimeter will be the backup device!

This multimeter is amazing! It has a superb auto detection mode, bright colors, smaller size than traditional meters and looks like a Star Trek Tricorder but way more modern! Very easy to work with and is rechargeable; so, no more unscrewing the case to install batteries.

The manual is not only user friendly BUT it provides "how-to" info about testing components etc. I am really into this thing and it's just a newer, hi-tech feel that is much better than the clunky meters and performs just as well.

The only thing that I am concerned about is the fuses. After my other meter's fuses blew, I wanted to get...

cmdcmd: This multimeter is light years better than the analog version I had. I specifically bought it because the air conditioning in my house was no longer cold. The fan on the condenser (the unit outdoors) was blowing, but the compressor wasn’t running.

I used this multimeter to check capacitance on the capacitors in the unit and discovered that 2 were completely shot. Got replacements and installed, AC turned on and now we have cold air. Less than $100 for the parts AND the multimeter to fix the issue!

Multimeters are something I use infrequently, but when I have to, want them to be fast, easy, and accurate. This one checks all those boxes and is inexpensive, as well.

Highly recommended!

I hate when they don't list the specs for something; it's what I go by, to a large extent. It turns out you have to buy it first, so you can look up the specs in the owner's manual. I have uploaded them for your convenience. (See pics) These aren't boundary-pushing specs, but for under fifty bucks, they're VERY respectable specs! I was pleased. I don't run a NASA lab. I fix, maybe, a really old stereo amp, I figure out why the trailer lights aren't working, I check AA batteries when a remote control is dead, I check for power when fixing or installing wiring so I don't electrocute myself. Just fine.

The leads were a problem. So many meters to look through and I really liked this one, but it had weirded out leads with only the very tips of the probes exposed, which someone brought up in a review. The easy solution? Use all your reading skills and read ALL OF the product description and discover that the little plastic sleeves come off and the leads immediately turn into "regular" leads! (See Last Pic) This is actually a benefit!! Can you even imagine all the bent probes I've had on my many meters over the...

CarloCarlo: Acquistato più per praticità che altro, ossia per le dimensioni compatte e per l'automatismo delle 3 principali misure (tensione, resistenza e continuità). Le altre vanno selezionate. La tensione e resistenza sono molto accurate avendole comparate col multimetro digitale ice 5600. Quanto alla capacità ho riscontrato una forte latenza coi condensatori elettrolitici. Ad esempio con uno da 2200 ųF ci mette almeno 4-5 secondi per visualizzare, tant'è che inizialmente avevo pensato fosse difettoso. Invece con i poliestere o ceramici da qualche nF la lettura è pressoché immediata. Probabilmente la corrente di carica è relativamente bassa rispetto ai classici con pila da 9 volt, infatti questo è alimentato con 3 AAA da 1,5 volt. Quanto al resto va bene, la rilevazione NCV live funziona correttamente. Devo ancora provare milliampere e ampere e inoltre la NCV a contatto col solo puntale rosso inserito. La frequenza viene visualizzata automaticamente misurando tensione e corrente alternata selezionando SEL. A proposito dei puntali, chiaramente economici e i cavi un po' rigidi, ma cosa importante funzionano bene. La temperatura con termocoppia K sembra ok, ma dovrei compararla con...
