Ron B.: I like using these on my flat top for chicken Yakisoba. I can’t get them in store where we spend summers so it was nice to find them on Amazon. The price is a little higher which is always the case for foods on Amazon I’ve found but availability is sometimes worth the price. These are nicely packaged, come already cooked and are shelf stable. I pop them in the microwave to warm them, then toss toss them on the griddle with a little oil. Add a little water and then toss them around to separate. Mix with chicken and veggies, some soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sriracha and you’ve got a great meal in minutes. Can’t miss with these.

Anna: These noodles are very quick to add for volume to a stir fry meal. They also are very tasty and compliment the recipe with absorbing the sauce. Good size proportions, too!

Fay: We've cut pasta and rice out of our diet and really wanted something along those lines to add some substance and variety to our meals. We do a lot of stirfries, and this is the perfect noodle for it. Soft and slightly chewy and great for absorbing the taste of the food you prepare.
