Deeple: Son loves this product, and we have had lots of fun with it so far - no complaints. However, the instruction booklet is a bit of a misnomer. The booklet covers some builds, and minimally at that, culminating in a couple page spread of a couple dozen images of fully completed builds that are apparently included in the 50 in this box. No instructions, no progress pictures, not even full page pictures. Some of the pictures are so small you can barely tell what they are supposed to be, let alone figure out how to build them.

If you advertise a product as containing 50 builds, the instructions for them should be included. More accurately, without consulting the book for reference, I'd estimate 25 builds and then 25 pictures of other things made with K'nex.

Still, excellent product, otherwise.

Meirav Golubeva: My son was really happy to get this as birthday present. Engine makes the whole difference. All wheels and other parts are totally fine. The box could have been at least one third smaller, but it's not critical.

R.M.: My son wants to get into engineering/ building when he gets older. With that and his love of robotics, this was perfect to get him started. He also has ADHD, among some other things, so finding something that gets him motivated, settled and relaxed can be an obstacles in itself. This has worked wonders. He absolutely loves it and already asking for additional sets. I consider that a win!

K. Juday: My grandson loves these, he is 9. Bought them for Xmas. He was off his computer for a long time to play. He made some awesome things. Very nice kit. I bought extra batteries because I had bought other kits. He said they have them at school and everyone likes to play with them. It was a good purchase and I recommend this kit and others. I felt this was the best buy because of the battery and the amount of pcs. Buy from Amazon. Other sellers charge well over the listed price. Beware. I paid $99.99 for the first kit and I didn't check out other sellers. I really thought it was Amazon because it was Prime. Sent it back and had to pay for shipping but I got most of my money back. That was such a rip off.
