C.H.: I purchased this JYX Karaoke Machine in Dec 2022 and I really enjoyed it. However, since last month, the machine started to give those cracking sound. I can't seem to find any warranty information...and I thought it has a one year warranty. If anyone plans to buy this karaoke machine, I recommend to purchase the extended warranty.

Kindle Customer: Amazing sound, long-lasting charge, easy to carry! This is a super product at a very affordable price! I was somewhat worried it did not have a screen for lyrics, but it turned out passing around my phone worked better than a stationary screen, anyway. It was nearing the end of the camping season and I wanted to go out with a bang, so I ordered this karaoke machine. I was hoping a few folks would come sing and we'd have a fun hour or two. Once the music started, we had a crowd and it lasted for hours! As did the charge on the karaoke machine and microphones! I played again by request the next weekend. The unit is easy to carry and very portable, just popped it onto my golf cart. The sound is much better than I expended for such a small and inexpensive machine. Two mics were a real plus, as we had lots of folks wanting to sing and heard some good duos. I downloaded a karaoke app and it was super simple to connect my phone to the machine, much appreciated by this 66-year-old. Overall, 5 stars for sure!

David: Ich wollte erste eine günstigere Karaokebox kaufen, letztendlich habe mich für diese entschieden. Ich finde es sehr gut. Der Saund der aus der Box kommt ist gut. Das es zwei Mikrofon gibt ist sehr schön und es funktionieren einwandfrei. Was schade ist es gibt kein Ladekabel nicht dazu. Trotzdem entfehlenswert. Wir haben sehr spaß damit.

L. Warren: I was a little apprehensive when I bought this unit, but the reviews were good so that was a plus. I have been extremely pleased with this product. The microphone has a good range away from the speaker with good sound quality and little to no distortion. The speaker unit battery charges up well and for the time we have used it (about 3 hr intervals), it has stayed charged and probably would stay charged longer. I like the ability it has to plug in my laptop or DVD player for the sound, it all works! I am not a techie person and am elated to have things work. One of the downsides is that the Owners Manual is not very useful. It says what all the buttons and knobs are, in a bunch of different languages, but not how to use them. Oh well, experimenting has worked out, even with playing my phone through the speaker. I can connect by bluetooth to the speaker, leave my phone connected to it's charger and run off the battery on the speaker. I listen to music with ample volume and good sound. Another thing I like is the radio, been listening to music on it and it sounds great. It’s great that you can charge this and use it even away from electrical connection.
The only thing that confused me about this product was that when I was buying it, I couldn’t find any information on whether there was a memory with a list of songs and their lyrics, which I could use without an Internet connection on this machine. I read a lot of reviews and even the website of the the product but I couldn’t find anything about it. After getting it I realize that this product is basically a speaker with two connecting microphones and you would have to connected to something like YouTube with the karaoke version of the song yourself

Marcos Pla: Me dedico a la educación no formal, campamentos y talleres, por ejemplo, y después de un año de uso intensivo puedo decir que es el mejor amplificador portátil que he tenido.
Tiene una correa corta que parece de cuero corta, que no he usado y he tirado que no parece muy útil.
Uso la larga con extremos que parecen de cuero, y la correa de tela. Este es su mayor problema. Se me ha caído varías veces el equipo, de ahí sé que es resistente porque parece no haberse roto, porque los extremos de la correa que se enganchan al equipo se sueltan con facilidad. He hecho un apaño con bridas negras, que parece funcionar, pero es una pena en un equipo de diseño bonito que se me ha picado, de las caídas. Y el apaño luce cutre en mi opinión.
Los micrófonos aunque son muy plasticosos han funcionado bien casi un año. El de más uso, empieza a tener un ruido de fondo.
No tiene una gran potencia el equipo, pero en interior es suficiente para que te escuchen en una clase, y en un exterior tranquilo también.
Se conecta muy bien a Bluetooth al IPhone, al IPad o al MacBook.

Geneva Evans: The speaker was great the first couple of uses. Music no longer plays louder than volume 3. Although the microphones still work at a great volume & are able to function like normal. Not sure what triggered it. It’s kept in a safe location & handled with care.
