foxginger: My boyfriend and I LOVE these for backpacking. He's also started taking them on his hunting trips. It tastes so good, like Nutella but you can taste more of the nuttiness and less sugar. The texture is smooth and the packaging holds up to a lot of wear and tear. Highly recommend for any snacking needs!

Sylvan: This is the only alternative to the leading brand that I will eat. All the others are way to sweet to the point of being cloying. This brand does run on the dryer/thicker side which I love, but others may not. I love this stuff and get it all the time.
This also comes in a jar. The package does make it kind of awkward to scoop out with a knife. If you also notice the same, try cutting 3 of the edges of the packet completely open and then kind of cut into it like butter that way.
The packets do say to squeeze them. I personally don't but have noticed that sometimes there will be some yellow dots if I don't. Completely normal. Just the nut butter needing mixed in more.
