Anna: I love nut butters and buy many different ones. I'm familiar with the separation issue and the need to stir, etc., but THIS jar was exceptional. The 'chunks' were exceptionally dense and very hard. It was impossible to simply stir this, and I spent a lot of time and effort to get this into reasonable facsimile of a nut 'butter.'
Was this just an ancient jar that solidified, or will this occur with this product all the time? I'd love to know because it's delicious, but really not worth the effort involved to make it into a 'butter.'

For Better Health: Amazing flavor! A tablespoon is good if I needed that low carb snack bite. I have ordered 3 jars. This last one was in chunks. I tried mixing it but was difficult to break up. Flavor was the same. Was worth a try. A bit pricy! Thanks!

Maggie: I was hoping for a little more. It has the flavor notes of carrot cake, but I think the flavor of the almonds may have distracted or taken away from the flavor. I eat almond on a regular basis so I'm familiar with the flavor.
100% walnut butter probably would be too much though. Walnut butter would definitely more expensive as well.
It needed more sweetness and some carrot flavor, IMHO, but it also gives the consumer a chance to add their own spin on sweetness. I tried it a couple ways before making this review to give it a solid chance
Good nut butters are usually hard for me to spread from carpal tunnel wrists, so I always pop my in the microwave for about 30 seconds which helps. I tried it vegan cream cheese to add the cream cheese frosting taste in a cake. That didn't hit like I wanted. I amped up the cream cheese with some powered sugar, vanilla, vegan butter, and cinnamon. Still not the right flavor. I'm not vegan but like to try new flavors, cashew cream cheese being 1 of them. I need to try it with real cream cheese with the added flavors, but haven't yet. I tried it with another companion spread but can't remember which. I didn't like it which is probably why...
