AmritAmrit: I am extremely unhappy with the product and customer service. I received an item with a strong bend or crease in the middle. I placed the mat on a flat surface for a couple of hours, but the crease still remained. I also sent an email to the seller, but they did not respond. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller and their product. Their customer service is poor, their post-purchase support is lacking, and the product quality is subpar.
