Graham Pelley: These are sturdy, clean easy, and have held up. They look like new. I bought more a second time and for muddy, wet, snowy workboots and they work great for that too. I found most boot or show mats weren't big enough. I highly recommend these for containing messes.

Live Aloha: FIRST, I LOVE THIS SELLER!
I received the stock email asking if I was satisfied with my order. By stock I mean I get them frequently (but not from every transaction) and it's basically asking that if I have any problems I contact them. I replied letting them know I very much like my mat (more on this). The surprise was that they answered my reply! I cannot recall any other seller ever replying and thanking me for my input. Usually these inquiries seem automatic, but with this seller I felt like an actual customer, not just a transaction.

OK NOW FOR MY REVIEW of the DogBuddy Dog Food Mat.
I don't have a dog. I do have cats, but I bought this mat for another purpose and it is FANTASTIC and perfect. I have a dehydrator and I use both guillotine and mandoline slicers to cut the fruit or meat into thin slices for dehydration. I was using a large plastic serving tray underneath the slicers as a way to capture not only the slices but also all the juices and bits. If I don't use a tray, then my kitchen counter would be a mess. TrinityTrinity: Very easy to clean! I’m going to get a third one so that each cat has their own. They need lots of space to make a mess when they eat LOL. I didn’t get the biggest one (my black cat is a tiny 3 pound runt) because I figure I could get 2 of the large ones and they would be easier to clean in the kitchen sink but so far I’ve only needed to wipe clean with a damp paper towel. My cats actually like to stand on them so they must feel good to their little paws. The shadow (dark gray) is a beautiful color, slightly bluish, goes well with my gray barn-wood tile floor. And I especially like that they are soft because several times I’ve accidentally stepped on the edge and it did not hurt my foot or the mat.

MorganMorgan: I ordered the size Large mat 3 months ago and I'm so happy with this purchase. I use it for my cat's feeding area and it keeps everything contained. The lip around the edge is thick and pretty substantial. He can be a messy eater so I don't have to worry about any crumbs falling or water spilling. The mat has some weight to it and stays in place perfectly.

The large size is great for holding a small dry food bowl, his fountain, and a small plate for wet food. It's really easy to clean too, I just wipe it down or take it to the sink to scrub if needed. I can definitely see this lasting a long time. There are no signs of wear after 3 months of daily use.

Update Feb 2022: This mat is still going strong! It still has no signs of wear and I bought another one for my senior dog who is an extremely messy eater. She prefers to drop all of her food on the mat and then eat it. I bought a toddler suction cup OXO bowl to make eating easier for her and it suctions nicely to the mat. No discoloration on the mat itself and it's not leaving any kind of marks on the surface it's placed on.
