Embla: Needing size 7 because of the length of my feet, but having slim feet, I often have trouble with boots being way to roomy and walking right out of them. These wellies, however, seem to be a great fit for my slim feet, and they look very smart too. I look forward to trying them out in rainy weather. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that having become accustomed to wearing only bare-foot shoes and boots where even the slim-foot versions widen out in the toe-box, I find the toe-box on these wellies a bit narrow, and worry it will be uncomfortable on long walks.

Kathryn1: I needed to replace my waterproof boots for the garden. I originally moved on from these boots as they were a designer (Joules) and I felt would not be robust enough but decided to try them. I have been surprised so far (having said that I may update again after full use next summer) . I have a narrow foot and these are a perfect fit but could be an issue for a wider foot. You may also have a problem pulling them on as they are a close fit. I use a shoe horn rather than the back tab. Finally another deciding factor was the cost, under £30 ! So far very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Petty Family: Firstly, these have got to be the best quality booties I’ve ever purchased. I’m so so impressed with how well made these are. You can tell by the packaging, they’re going to be nice! The fit is dead on. They are cute, exactly as pictured. The print is very detailed! They’re as comfortable as rain booties can get in my opinion. All rain boots I’ve ever had are awfully uncomfortable, so this is a nice change of pace. I can’t wait to put them to the water test. My only gripe and I may even appreciate it IF these get wet on the inside is that the comfy sole comes out along with your foot when taking them off. That might be helpful to throw them in the dryer, but I hope they don’t get moist inside at all! They’re easy to slip back in thankfully.

Kayla: I wear a 7 in most shoes, sometimes a 6.5 (US sizes). Online it says order down a size, so the first pair I bought were a 6. They were too tight around the width of my foot. So I returned them and got a 7. The 7 fits a lot better, still a little tight, however I think they will loosen up once broken in more. They look just like in the picture. I have had them a few months now and love them!

Kimberly Peterson: These short rain boots fit as expected, true to size, they are cute and kept my feet dry in pouring rain. These features make them a decent rain boot. The only problem I have with them is they have nothing but a thin fuzzy fabric and a thin layer of rubber between your foot and the pavement. They are not comfortable for walking anything other than very short distances. Another review suggested adding an insert, but for the cost I really expected that I shouldn’t have to pay extra for inserts. I wear rubber boots for work all day everyday that cost far less yet are much more comfortable. I am keeping them, and I will try some inserts to see if they are more comfortable.
